Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed once payment is processed. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to product availability, errors in pricing, or any other reason.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit card, zelle, bank wire and other available payment options. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated based on your location.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping: We ship products within the Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Estimated delivery times are provided, but we do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Pick-up Orders: Customers who opt for in-store pickup will be notified when their order is ready. Uncollected orders will be held for 14 days, after which they may be canceled.

4. Returns and Refunds

Eligibility: Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. Custom or special orders are not eligible for return.
Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned items.

Product Warranty: We offer a limited warranty on defective products. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper use.
