Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Karim Moving Supplies, we serve our customers locally through delivery and warehouse pickup. We currently do not offer nationwide or courier shipping.

Delivery Area
We deliver within approximately 50 miles of our Winter Haven warehouse, covering much of Central Florida — including the Lakeland, Tampa, Kissimmee, and Orlando areas. If your address falls outside this range, we'll contact you to arrange pickup or to cancel and refund your order.

Delivery Fees
Delivery is priced based on your distance from our warehouse, and your fee is calculated automatically at checkout. Larger orders qualify for free delivery once your order total reaches the threshold for your area.

Order Processing & Timing
We prepare most orders within 1 business day. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, and we'll confirm your delivery day and approximate window after your order is placed. Delivery timing may vary based on your location and order size.

Warehouse Pickup (Free)
You're welcome to pick up your order at no charge:

Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We'll let you know as soon as your order is ready.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery or pickup. If anything is damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
